At BROUSTARET the rooms reserved for guests form part of a traditional manor-house, typical of the vineyard houses built at the end of the 19th Century, and known as "Château". Quite apart from the family apartments, guests enjoy the following accommodation Ground Floor : Entrance Hall of some 300 sq. ft.(30 m²), a Lounge and a Breakfast-Room of 250 sq. ft.(25 m²). First Floor : A choice of 5 Rooms, as follows : TWO >> Each one with an area of at least 400 sq. ft (40 m²). Each room has two windows, one room facing S. and W., and the other W. and N.. Both rooms with private bathroom and W.C. Both with a 4ft.6in.(140) double bed and a 3ft.(90) single THREE >> Measuring 250 sq. ft (25 m²), . Private bathroom and W.C. One with 1 South-facing window. A 4ft.6in. double bed One with 2 windows facing S. and E. A 4ft.6in. double bed and a 3ft. single One with 2 windows facing E. and N. Three 3ft. single beds In addition there is a room with fitted kitchen. This is for the exclusive use of guests, and is complete with refrigerator, micro-wave, coffee-maker, etc. There also an electric iron with ironing-board, and an infant's high-chair. For meals there is the option either of using this kitchen; or of eating out in one of the nearby Cadillac restaurants.
